This program is offered to you free of charge through a Partnership between the Association, YCAL, and your School District. These programs are a great way for students to gain a general understanding of different career paths in a more condensed amount of time. This program is held during the school day and are held at a sponsoring company’s location. This one or two-day program is designed to provide students with an introductory view of a particular industry. YCAL and The Manufacturers Association also partnered to host a Career Exploration Program. Manufacturing skills also deliver a typically better wage with better benefits then many non-manufacturing occupations!
